“GroBizPro” refers to the brand and Services offered through the Site. In this Policy, “we,” “us,” “our” means Nebula in its capacity as operator of the Site.
If you have questions about this Policy or your personal information, contact us using the details in Section 12.

2. Scope
This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you:

  • visit or browse the Site;

  • submit forms (e.g., contact, lead, audit request);

  • purchase or subscribe to services;

  • communicate with us by email, phone, or messaging tools;

  • use features that rely on cookies or similar technologies.

This Policy does not govern third-party websites linked from the Site. Their practices are governed by their own policies.

3. What personal information we collect
Depending on how you use the Site, we may collect:

3.1 Information you provide

  • Identity & contact: name, email address, phone number, company name, job title.

  • Account / billing (if applicable): billing name, billing address, tax identifiers you provide, payment-related information as processed by our payment provider (we generally do not store full card numbers on our own servers).

  • Project / marketing information: website URL, industry, goals, messages you send us, files you upload, and similar content you choose to share.


3.2 Information collected automatically

  • Technical & usage data: IP address, device type, browser type/version, operating system, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, date/time stamps, and diagnostic data.

  • Cookies and similar technologies: as described in Section 8.

3.3 Information from third parties

  • Analytics, advertising, or integrations you enable on the Site (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing pixels, chat widgets) may collect additional data under their own policies.

  • Payment processors and Wix may provide us with transaction status, receipts, or fraud-prevention signals as needed to deliver Services.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of data (such as health information) unless you voluntarily provide it and we agree in writing that such processing is necessary.

4. How we collect information
We collect personal information when you:

  • submit a form on the Site;

  • email or call us;

  • purchase services through Wix checkout (if applicable);

  • subscribe to updates (if offered);

5. Why we use personal information (purposes)

  2. Process payments and prevent fraud (through Wix and payment partners).

  5. Improve the Site and Services (analytics, performance monitoring, debugging, aggregated statistics).

Marketing opt-out: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails, or by emailing [privacy email] with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line.

8. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our partners may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to:

  • operate the Site (e.g., security, session management);

  • remember preferences;

  • measure traffic and performance;

Third-party apps: If you install or enable third-party tools (e.g., analytics, chat, CRM connectors), those providers may collect information under their own terms. Their practices are not covered by this Policy beyond our selection/configuration of those tools.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may impact Site functionality.

9. Hosting, storage, transfers, and subprocessors (Wix)
9.1 Wix platform
Our Site may be hosted and operated using Wix.com services. Wix provides the platform, hosting, security features, and related infrastructure. Personal information may be processed and stored using Wix systems as described in Wix’s documentation and privacy disclosures.
9.2 Payments
If you pay through Wix-enabled checkout, payment processing may be handled by Wix and/or payment gateways that comply with PCI-DSS requirements as applicable.
9.3 International transfers
We are based in India, and our service providers (including Wix and analytics/payment vendors) may process data in India, the United States, the European Union, Israel, and other countries where they operate. Where required by law, appropriate safeguards may be used (as offered by the provider or by contract).

10. Sharing and disclosure
We may share personal information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Site and deliver Services (e.g., hosting/Wix, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, customer support tools), subject to confidentiality and processing terms.

  • Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, auditors) where necessary.

  • Authorities if required to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable governmental request.

  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information for money as a “sale” is commonly understood in some US state laws. If we ever use advertising technology that constitutes a “sale/share” under US state law, we will update this Policy and provide legally required choices.
11. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including:

  • client service records for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterward (for support, disputes, and legal compliance);

  • legal/tax records as required by applicable law;

  • marketing records until you opt out or we delete them as part of routine updates.

Retention periods may vary based on contract, law, and legitimate business needs.
 

12. Your rights and choices
Your rights depend on your location and applicable law. Depending on jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • access personal information we hold about you;

  • correct inaccurate information;

  • delete certain information;

  • object or restrict certain processing;

  • withdraw consent where processing is consent-based;

  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (where applicable).

To exercise rights: email [privacy email] with your request and enough information for us to verify your identity. We will respond within timelines required by law where applicable.

India (DPDP): If the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and related rules apply to our processing, we will honor applicable rights and grievance requirements as they apply to Nebula’s role and processing activities (confirm details with counsel).

United States (e.g., California): If you are a California resident and a law like the CPRA applies to our processing, you may have additional rights (access, deletion, correction, opt-out of certain sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, etc.). We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights where prohibited.

13. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Children’s privacy
The Site and Services are not directed to children under 16 (or the age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we post revisions. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as required by law (for example, a banner on the Site or an email where appropriate).
